Gift voucher for the spa at the Król Plaza Spa & Wellness Resort
The voucher is issued by name once it has been paid for.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or on the date specified on the voucher. In the event of cancellation during the voucher's validity period or after the voucher's expiry date, monies paid are non-refundable and the voucher becomes invalid.
The voucher can only be redeemed at the King Plaza Spa & Wellness Resort, once a booking has been made in advance and confirmed via email by the reservations department. Reservations are made subject to availability and upon verification of the unique voucher number.
The voucher must be used once, redemption takes place upon presentation of the voucher at reception or by making a reservation on the hotel website.
The Voucher is redeemed on the basis of the rules applicable to the sale of a given type of service, according to the prices and rules in force at the time of purchase.
The Voucher may be redeemed at the Król Plaza Spa & Wellness Resort in accordance with the scope specified in the content of the Voucher or up to the amount stated on the Voucher for use.
The Voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
If the value of the service is less than the value of the Voucher, the Guest is not entitled to receive the rest of the unused amount.
The Voucher Guest shall be obliged to pay the difference of the price on the spot at the Hotel in cash or by card when the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the Voucher presented or the scope of the Voucher does not include it.
The Hotel shall not be liable for a Voucher that is lost or damaged after it has been given to the Purchaser.
The Hotel will only accept for redemption Vouchers that are undamaged, have an expiry date, hologram and signature of the Issuer. Exceptions are vouchers purchased electronically and sent by the Issuer to the recipient's e-mail address. Guests are required, on arrival at the hotel, to present the original voucher (in the form of a printed original, a printed online/ pdf voucher file or a printout from the website, according to the applicable template. Templates of all currently valid vouchers are available in the administration office and are provided to the reception.
The hotel has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if: a) the Voucher's validity period has expired, b) damage to the Voucher makes it impossible to read the data written on it and the Voucher does not appear in the register of voucher sales kept by the company.
The purchaser or bearer of the Voucher shall have no claims against the Hotel for loss (including theft) or damage to the Voucher. At the same time, in the event of loss or theft of the Voucher, the Purchaser shall be obliged to report this fact without undue delay to the Voucher Issuer by email to: rezerwacja@krolplazaspa.pl in order to prevent unauthorised use of the voucher.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse to make a booking on special dates stated in the voucher offer.
The Purchaser declares that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions, accepts their contents in full and undertakes to abide by their provisions."
- Voucher wydawany jest imiennie po jego opłaceniu.
- Voucher zachowuje swoją ważność przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia jego zakupu lub w terminie określonym na voucherze. W przypadku anulacji w czasie ważności vouchera lub po upływie terminu ważności vouchera wpłacone środki nie podlegają zwrotowi a voucher traci ważność.
- Voucher może być realizowany wyłącznie w Resorcie Król Plaza Spa&Wellness, po wcześniejszym dokonaniu rezerwacji i potwierdzeniu jej e-mailowo przez dział rezerwacji. Rezerwacja dokonywana jest w miarę dostępności miejsc i po weryfikacji unikalnego numeru vouchera.
- Voucher musi być wykorzystany jednorazowo, realizacja odbywa się za okazaniem Vouchera w recepcji lub dokonując rezerwacji na stronie hotelu.
- Realizacja Vouchera odbywa się na zasadach obowiązujących przy sprzedaży danego rodzaju usługi, według cen i zasad obowiązujących w momencie zakupu.
- Voucher może być zrealizowany w Resorcie Król Plaza Spa&Wellness zgodnie z zakresem określonym w treści Vouchera lub do kwoty podanej na Voucherze do wykorzystania.
- Voucher nie podlega zwrotowi i wymianie na gotówkę.
- Jeśli wartość usługi jest niższa niż wartość Vouchera Gościowi nie przysługuje prawo do otrzymania reszty niewykorzystanej kwoty.
- Gość vouchera zobowiązany jest do zapłaty różnicy ceny na miejscu w Hotelu gotówką lub kartą, gdy wartość świadczonej usługi jest wyższa od wartości przedstawionego Vouchera lub zakres Vouchera jej nie obejmuje.
- Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za Voucher, który został utracony lub uszkodzony, po jego przekazaniu Nabywcy.
- Hotel przyjmuje do realizacji wyłącznie Vouchery, które są nieuszkodzone, posiadają datę ważności, hologram i podpis Wydawcy. Wyjątek stanowią vouchery zakupione drogą elektroniczną i przesłane przez Wydawcę na mail odbiorcy. Gość zobowiązany jest, w dniu przyjazdu do hotelu, okazać oryginalny voucher (w formie drukowanego oryginału, wydrukowanego pliku vouchera online/ pdf lub wydruku ze strony www, zgodnie z obowiązującym szablonem. Wzory wszystkich aktualnie obowiązujących voucherów znajdują się w biurze administracji i są przekazane do wiadomości recepcji.
- Hotel ma prawo odmówić zrealizowania Vouchera, gdy: a) upłynął termin ważności Vouchera, b) uszkodzenia Vouchera uniemożliwiają odczytanie danych zapisanych na Voucherze a voucher nie widnieje w rejestrze sprzedaży voucherów prowadzonym przez przedsiębiorstwo.
- Nabywcy lub okazicielowi Vouchera nie przysługują żadne roszczenia w stosunku do Hotelu z tytułu utraty (w tym również kradzieży) lub zniszczenia Vouchera. Jednocześnie w przypadku utraty lub kradzieży vouchera Nabywca zobowiązany jest do zgłoszenia tego faktu bez zbędnej zwłoki Wydawcy vouchera mailowo na adres: rezerwacja@krolplazaspa.pl w celu uniemożliwienia nieuprawnionego wykorzystania vouchera.
- Hotel zastrzega sobie możliwość odmowy dokonania rezerwacji w terminach specjalnych podanych w ofercie vouchera.
- Nabywca oświadcza, że zapoznał się z treścią niniejszego Regulaminu, akceptuje jego treść w całości i zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania jego zapisów.
