Christmas Voucher as a gift for a loved one

The voucher can be used for any hotel services at Resort Król Plaza Spa & Wellness 5* and Król Plaza Spa & Wellness 4*, including:

- accommodation

- gastronomy

- Spa treatments

1. The voucher is issued either nominatively or to bearer after payment.

2. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or within the period specified on the voucher. In case of cancellation during the validity period or after the expiry date of the voucher, the paid funds are non-refundable and the voucher becomes invalid.

3. The voucher can only be redeemed at the Król Plaza Spa&Wellness Resort, after making a reservation and receiving email confirmation from the reservations department. Reservation is subject to availability and verification of the unique voucher number.

4. The voucher must be used in one session, and can be redeemed by presenting it at the reception or by making a reservation on the hotel website.

5. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of the specific service, according to the prices and rules in effect at the time of purchase.

6. The voucher can be redeemed at the Król Plaza Spa&Wellness Resort within the scope specified in the voucher content or up to the amount stated on the voucher.

7. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. If the value of the service is less than the value of the voucher, the guest is not entitled to receive the unused balance.

9. The voucher holder is obliged to pay the price difference on-site at the hotel in cash or by card if the service value exceeds the voucher value or if the voucher does not cover the full scope of services.

10. The hotel is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or damaged after being handed over to the purchaser.

11. The hotel accepts for redemption only vouchers that are undamaged, have a valid date, a hologram, and the issuer’s signature. An exception applies to vouchers purchased electronically and sent by the issuer to the recipient's email. The guest is obliged, on the day of arrival at the hotel, to present the original voucher (printed original, printed online/pdf voucher file, or printout from the website, according to the applicable template). Samples of all currently valid vouchers are kept at the administration office and have been communicated to the reception.

12. The hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption of the voucher if: a) the voucher expiry date has passed, b) voucher damage prevents reading the data on the voucher and the voucher is not registered in the sales register maintained by the company.

13. The purchaser or bearer of the voucher has no claims against the hotel for loss (including theft) or destruction of the voucher. Additionally, in case of loss or theft, the purchaser is obliged to report this without delay to the voucher issuer by email at: rezerwacja@krolplazaspa.pl to prevent unauthorized use of the voucher.

14. The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations for special dates specified in the voucher offer.

15. The purchaser declares that they have read this Regulation, accept its content in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.
